01 / 07Receive
Member lots arrive from 15 villages, weighed and recorded against the farm they came from.
Our facility at Babhulgaon, Taluka Pandharpur, is where member lots are received, cleaned, graded and packed — the point at which a field crop becomes something a terminal market or a processor will contract for.

01 / 07Member lots arrive from 15 villages, weighed and recorded against the farm they came from.
02 / 07Produce is cleaned to remove field heat, dust and residue before it enters the grading line.
03 / 07Damaged, undersized and off-spec fruit is separated so only saleable produce moves forward.
04 / 07Uniform size, colour and quality grades, matched to what each buyer contracts for.
05 / 07Crates and cartons packed to buyer specification, labelled with lot identity.
06 / 07Short-duration cold and ambient holding so despatch is timed to the market, not the harvest.
07 / 07Direct movement to APMC yards, processors and retail chains by own and hired fleet.
Project site: Babhulgaon, Taluka Pandharpur, Dist. Solapur — the same catchment our 266 members farm.
Short-duration storage lets us time despatch to the market rather than to the harvest calendar.
Every crate carries the identity of the member farm it came from — what processors, exporters and organised retail now require.
Company-owned pick-up plus hired fleet, moving consignments directly to buyers without intermediate handling.
Crates and cartons packed and labelled to the grade each buyer contracts for, consignment after consignment.

We despatch graded, traceable consignments to APMC yards, processors and retail chains across western and southern India.
